Latina will face this new season with a new head coach, Camillo Placì, while the rest of the staff will remain unchanged. Marco Franchi is the assistant while the scout is Maurizio Cibba. But the club decided to strengthen the staff with the addition of Martin Blanco Costa who will be assistant too. The 30-year-old Argentine hanged up his boots last season and had his first experience in coaching this summer with the Serbian national team. As a player, he was a middle blocker, he had a spell in Poland and played for his national team from 2009 to 2012.
