Following last Sunday’s long trip south to Tricase, Mondovì will play home this coming weekend against Cantù, currently fifth in the table. Cantù has been one of the main clubs of the Serie A2 for quite some time now and it went very close from promotion in the A1 in 2013-14 when it surrendered in the playoff final against Monza. A lower budget and eight new players, all born between 1990 and 1997 as they try to mount another challenge. As for Mondovì, there are some bad news as coach Barisciani and Michele Parusso have the flu, while Enrico Perla is doubtful following a muscle pain felt in the last encounter.
