The Verona coach, Andrea Giani, has been named at the head of the Slovenian national team. Giani has just renewed his contract for another two years at the club and now will also have his summer full with two main targets with Slovenia: the European championships and the European League.
“I am excited, very happy with faith the Slovenian federation has shown in me – said Giani – I hope to be able to show the quality of this team with victories and a quality play. This new job will certainly not diminish my focus on this end of season with Verona”.
