Tough one ahead for Milan. Beaten 3-0 at home by Latina, Milan will be heading to Perugia this weekend to take on a team that has done brilliantly so far in the Champions League.
“I have been here for a month, we work well in the gym and everybody is physically very strong – said the 35-year-old Veres who is the most experienced of the squad – Even if we lost most of our games, we have always fought hard. The come-back against Padova gave us a lot of confidence. We lost against Latina but we were ahead or tied in each set at least until the halfway point. What we’re missing is a bit of focus and patience, and avoid the 2-3 poor mistakes too many we do”.
