Sardanelli confirmed as back-up libero

Born in 1994 young Simone Sardanelli had his contract extended and will remain the back-up libero. He is the fourth player confirmed from last year after Forni, Gavotto and Presta. Sardanelli has managed to gain court time not only as a libero but also covering as spiker, and he has often been called by coach Belngini to hit it from 9 meters out.
