Salvucci and his contribution to Italian volleyball

“Investing on young talents means helping Italian volleyball” said Paolo Salvucci, Potenza’s sport director. And indeed, in the off-season the club took on board some of the most promising youngsters to build their first team. “We have always liked to bet on young players, even before being in the A2. Besides, I believe we have put together a good team with an inferior budget. And in such a difficult financial period, this is a responsible choice for Italian volleyball to give a chance to the young local players”.
