The Block Devils registered a ninth consecutive win yesterday against Milan. These are three important points, especially considering the fact several players were missing.
“Yesterday we had once again a proof in the first set that you can never lower your guards – said Fabio Fanuli – We had players missing but there are no excuses, the ones that are on court are the ones that matter. Then from the second set, we proved that if we play at our rhythm, the opponents struggle to keep up”. Next is Saturday’s game against Treia. “This will be very difficult – said Rocco Barone – We’ll take on a top quality team, they’re better than us and they’ll play at home. But we’ll go for it, as we always do. We never give up, we always try to win the next game”.
