Post Junior League, coach De Cecco: “I worked with interesting players”

Verona ended the Junior League on a high with a comfortable 3-0 win over Città di Castello to grab 9th place. “This was a valuable experience – said coach Matteo De Cecco – This was my first time in such event guiding such a young team. I had the opportunity to get to know better some of the players of our youth academy and I could evaluate the work done so far. These have been three very positive days for the boys, they have been independent away from home and they faced some top quality teams”.
