Middle blockers Musardo and Torsello were the strongest pair of middle blockers in the B1 division. They helped the team to promotion and are now ready to take on this new challenge at the level above.
“I am delighted to spend another season with the team of my home town – said Torsello, the only local boy of the team who is currently on holiday in America with his girlfriend, Alanna Rutan, volleyball player too – I know the club made a lot of sacrifices to put together a competitive team for the A2. I can’t wait to live this beautiful experience with my teammates and all the people that love this sport and will come to see us”.
The other confirmed middle blocker, Donato Musardo, who got married just three weeks ago said: “Very happy to stay in this team, I want to thank the club for the faith shown in me. Being in the Serie A is something fantastic, and that came at a moment in which I did not believe it would happen anymore”.
