Verona’s new spiker, the North American Taylor Sander boasts an exemplary curriculum. Born in 1992 in California (He’s from Huntington Beach), he began playing in the Norco High School and five years later he was already in the US national team. He is currently playing in the World League, he was a starter in the debut game against Bulgaria and scored 32 points in the two games. He was among the top scorers again when they met Russia. In 2012, he won the Pan American cup as MVP of the tournament.
