Potenza made it three wins in a row thanks to a four-set victory over Matera which sends them sixth in the table. Krolis was back in the squad after two months and Lipparini had recovered from bronchitis too on time to play on his 27th birthday.
“I am glad with what I did in the tight end of second set – said Lipparini – I am not hundred percent yet but I gave everything I had as always. I really did not need this bronchitis after the injury I had. I might have pushed myself too hard at the start of the season”.
