Molfetta made its next move on the market with the addition of setter Luca Spirito. Born in 1993, he took part in the Club Italia project and was part of the Italian nationals team juniores coached by Bonitta that won the European Championships 2012. Luca played in the B1 in 2012-13 with Genova before making his Serie A2 debut last season at Cantù, showing off his skills right from the get-go and helping the team reach the playoff final. He will now have his chance to shine at the level above.
