Two more local boys were added to coach Paolo Montagnani’s squad: Middle blocker Alessandro Franceschini (83) and young libero David Lensi (95). Both had their contract extended after a good 2013-14 season.
“Playing in the A1 was already a dream – said Franceschini – Now being extended is something unexpected but I am really proud of it. This time I’m not going to thank everyone but promise to be even more useful than last year”.
David Lensi is as delighted to stay: “I am extremely happy the club kept me on a team that was totally been remodeled. This is a big challenge for me, I will finally be able to experience the Serie A as a protagonist, without having to worry about school or anything else”.
