In his first season in Italy, and therefore in his first Italian playoffs, Kurek is ready for a new challenge with the semis after making it in the post season in the Polish and Russian league in the past.
“This is a whole different affair than the regular season – he the Polish spiker – There is a different atmosphere, there is more tension on court too. Take Verona for example: in the regular season we had dominated, while in the quarter-finals game 1 it was extremely close. In the post-season, each game has its own story and you always have to give your best”.
