An afternoon to remember. After the renewals of Forni and Gavotto, the club is proud to officially unveil Ferdinando De Giorgi as new head coach as well as setter Giacomo ‘Jack’ Sintini. President Pippo Callipo said the aspects that most impressed him is that “Ferdinando De Giorgi is a humble and determined person”. De Giorgi and Sintini are back together after the league final in Perugia in 2005 band the title won at Macerata in 2006.
“We want to bring enthusiasm with all the will and professionalism we can put in – said coach De Giorgi – If we give the best we have in every area, we can achieve special things people would envy us all around Italy. We’ll start with an important project, with an idea that can be a winning one. In Vibo there is everything needed to do well”.
