A “Strange couple” for Monza. Iacopo Botto and Andrea Galliani both came up in the youth ranks of Piemonte Volley, they gained experience under their belt in A2 and A1 teams and now they will be back wearing the same shirt at the PalaIper arena. While this will be Botto’s third season at the club, Galliani played last season at Ortona.
“I am really happy to have signed a new contract at Monza – said Botto – Especially now that we’ll be able to play in the A1 division, which we deservedly conquered last season. I can’t wait to get started, I’ve already talked to a couple of teammates, we’re all very excited”.
“We’ll have a good group – said Galliani – I already know many of them, I have played with some and I am sure we will do a good job and make the most of our potential”.
