Perugia announced the signing of Christian Fromm. Born in 1990, the German spiker scored 338 points last season, the best scorer in position 4. It’s not going to be a huge move for him, given that he was playing just a few kilometers away at Città di Castello, where he stunned everyone with his talent. A starter in his national team, Fromm is excellent at the net and on the serve too. This will be the second German player to wear the Perugia shirt after Sebastian Schwarz. His mission will be to share the load on high balls with Atanasijevic.

“Fromm is extremely talented, especially in attack, block and serve – said the delighted coach Grbic – He’s currently having an important experience at International level as a starter with Germany, I think he’ll be an important asset for our team. Key on high balls? As far as I see it, everyone must be able to attack and score. But it’s true that, with his physical attributes, Fromm should be ok on this types of plays, but there is much more to his game”.
