The Corigliano squad got down to business under the orders of the coaching staff headed by coach Ricci. All the players were present except for Walker, who will take part in the World Championships in Poland with his Australian national team.
“We want this to be a season of revival – said President Cilento – We are extremely motivated, we want some top quality volleyball in our gym. We have built a team capable of doing fine in the league and which the fans will enjoy watching. Quite a few teams have put together some interesting rosters, a few clubs from the south too, there should be a nice rivalry between the clubs of southern Italy”.
