President Pippo Callipo unveiled the name of the new coach in a press conference: Ferdinando De Giorgi. The coach from the southern Salento area is back in Italy after two years in Russia. President Callipo said he was “flattered by the appreciation received by Ferdinando De Giorgi”. “Vibo is in the A2 but I have not thought about the division at all because Vibo has an organization worthy of the A1. I am happy and proud to work for Pippo Callipo and for Vibo Valentia”.
