The Italian Volleyball League board of directors gathered yesterday in Bologna under the guidance of new president Albino Massaccesi. The new board of directors named Gianrio Falivene (Top Volley Latina) SuperLega vice president and Michele Miccolis (Materdominivolley.it Castellana Grotte) vice president for the Serie A2.
Meanwhile, the Town Hall of Brindisi handed in a request to host the Del Monte Super Cup 2014 which will put face to face Cucine Lube Banca Marche Treia and Copra Piacenza on October 14. Besides, the presentation of the Serie A Unipolsai 2014-15 has been set for Thursday October 16 in Roma.
