– A victory on any score or if they lose at the tie-break.


 


MACERATA needs a three-point win


 


Fight for fifth place


 


CUNEO stays fifth with:


– A victory on any score or a defeat at the tie-break.


 


 MODENA moes up to fifth if they gather a three-point win.


 


Fight for 6-7th place


Casa Modena (6), Altotevere Città di Castello (7) are the current positions. Città has already secured 7th place even if Verona was to tie them on points.


 


MODENA stays sixth if:


– They take at least one point against Cuneo


– They lose without a point, and Castello wins at the tie-break.


 


 


CITTÀ DI CASTELLO takes sixth place if:


– They take three points and Modena does not take any against Cuneo.


 


 


Fight for 8th place (last ticket for the playoffs)


Between Verona (8th) and Ravenna (9th)


 


VERONA stays 8th with:


– A win on any score


– Lose on any score and Ravenna loses too.


– Loses at the tie-break and Ravenna wins at the tie-break (Verona has one more point).


 


RAVENNA is 8th if:


– They win on any score and Ravenna loses without a point


– They take three points and Verona loses at the tie-break.

FORMULA: The teams losing the playoffs quarter-finals will meet the teams classified between 10th to 12th in the regular season.


 


 


 


Del Monte Boy League Final Eight


19th edition in Cesenatico


 


Cesenatico will host the Boy League final eight for the third consecutive season. The event, organised by the Italian Volleyball League in collaboration with the Eurocamp, will take place on Friday March 28 and Saturday March 29. The holder is Macerata, who defeated Treviso in the final last year, taking their third title in the club’s history.


 


Here are the eight teams that will take part:


The first four are the group winners and from 5th to 8th the second. They have been put in order according to their results.
