Wytze Kooistra will be the new captain of the team this season and he’s ready for it. Calm and balanced, the Polish star also has the determination and fighting spirit to be a great captain.
“It’s a great feeling to wear the armband – said Wytze – This is an honour for me to be named captain and a responsibility. I am the one with the most experience, even if I want to underline that others have had a long life of volleyball behind them and I would like some decisions to be taken together with them. Anyway, I will try to help my teammates as much as I can, I love the philosophy of unity as a group. I believe every problem can be solved by simply talking about it in a balanced way. But my feeling is that great team play can come out of this group”.
