This morning, the “Abruzzo Volley Team” project was unveiled, a special initiative uniting four clubs of the Abruzzo region: Sieco Service Ortona, Volley Pescara 3, 3 Fit Volley Crecchio and Polisportiva Francavilla. A collaboration aiming at improving the quality of youth volleyball. “We have set ourselves some important targets for the kids so that they can keep playing once they finish their time in the youth academy” explained Tommaso Flacco Monaco, in charge of the youth department at Ortona and assistant coach of the first team.
