After 17 years on the sideline, Ravenna is back in Europe. Seventeen years ago, the club won the CEV Cup and now they’re competing again, but in the Challenge Cup 16th of finals. Ravenna is off to Estonia for the first leg to take on Tartu (200km from the capital Tallinn). The latter were knocked out of the CEV Cup by the Germans of Buhl and will now compete in the Challenge Cup.

“This is a cup game, and therefore a difficult one – said coach Kantor – Tartu has a very tall and physical team. In order to win, we will need to play at the level seen in the third set against Modena”.
