The players completed the first week of pre-season training. All the players will resume training on Monday except for Luis Fernando who will join the group on September 9. As usual, the period is mainly dealt with by the athletic trainer, Pascal sabato, although the team is already working on the fundamentals under the orders of coach Mastrangelo.
“I am happy to see the faith the club has in me – said Pascal Sabato – This means the work done last season was beneficial to the team, which obtained excellent results. I had a lot of offers this summer, included from the SuperLega but I decided to stay because I really enjoyed my time here and because for me Matera is an important volleyball club in Italy”.
