Verona’s middle blocker, Simone Anzani, was officially selected in the group of 14 to take part with Italy in the World Championships to take place in Poland from August 30 to September 21. “I am excited to be in it – said Anzani – I am extremely proud and happy. This means the work done so far has been useful to the group, I have been rewarded for the effort I’ve put in”.
