We’re less than a month away from the league debut and the aim for Potenza will be to confirm the positive signs seen in its first outings. Winners over Grottazzolina (B1), Città di Castello (A1) and Ortona (A2), Graziosi’s men will face two more difficult tests. Tomorrow, they will host Castello, who they had beaten in four sets away, while on September 27, they will head to Castelferretti to take on the Italian champions in a charity game in favour of the Ylenia Morsucci association from Falconara. “It’s nice to do what we like most and help the others at the same time” said coach Graziosi. All the takings will go to the association, whose president is Maurizio Morsucci, and which is named after his daughter Ylenia, who passed away at only 18 years of age in 2008 because of a serious illness. “This was Ylenia’s life mission, she was dedicated to voluntary work and loved sport” said her father.
