The players will resume training on Tuesday morning following Sunday’s brilliant 3-1 win over Cuneo in their first home game in front of 3.200 fans. On Saturday, the group will play against Città di Castello away from home.

“This was a great evening for the people that were there – said middle blocker Zingel, MVP of the last encounter with 8 blocks and a total of 15 points – Having all these fans in the stands was fantastic. We played top quality volleyball, I could not have asked for more at this time of the season. This was an important victory in the first home game, and now we have to keep getting better. We showed the kind of level and spirit we’ll need for the coming fixtures”.
