Padova is coming off a nice 3-0 home win over Monza, a hard-fought but deserved victory. If we looked exclusively on the points taken in the second half of season, Padova would be second with 14 points, just two behind Città di Castello. This is only a statistic but that gives a good idea on the good run done by Schiavon’s boys.

“We are definitely playing better and with more confidence – said veteran Andrea Garghella – But to give it a real meaning we’ll need to wait and see what will be our position at the end of the regular season. You have to consider the ones that have played more games, the direct confrontations to come and many other factors which can go in favor or against a team. Right now we’re fifth but the fourth place is 6 away so it’s better to keep playing one game at a time without thinking too much about what may be”.
