Ravenna was defeated 3-1 by Piacenza but offered a good performance, playing face to face away from home against a strong opponent. Niels Klapwijk made his debut for Ravenna just 24 hours after his arrival, while Tillie was rested, substituted by Koumentakis.

I have taken Klapwijk off after three sets because I could see he was tired, which is normal”.
