Near breakthrough in Milan

Brolo had an excellent performance and pushed Milan to its limit. They had a 2-0 lead that made its fan dream of a breakthrough. This wasn’t to be as the hosts fought back, and even if it was hard, they completed the come-back to win it in the fifth set. In the fourth, it was 27 all when Rigoni’s ace and Bencz’s point gave Milan the tie. In the tie-break, Brolo was 8-7 and even 11-9 ahead. Di Franco’s block on Sirri launched the winning run for Milan.
