In the semi-final of the Caffè Aiello tournament, Molfetta surrendered against Latina at the tie-break. Coach Santilli did not hesitate to send his four internationals on court despite the fact they had just arrived in Latina back from the European Championships. As for Molfetta, only Saitta was back.
