Krolis to fill outside hitter position

On trial in the past few days, Tony Krolis impressed the coaching staff and earned a contract. The Netherlander will be Matera’s starting outside hitter in the coming campaign. Krolis has suffered an Achilles injury back in November 2012, which generally requires 8 to 10 months to fully recover. Born in 1984, Krolis, who has a terrific serve, played the last two season in the French top division with Nantes and Paris.
