Nikola Grbic completed his move to the Russian side of Kazan today. The club would like to thank the Serbian star for the time spent here in Cuneo helping the club to win so much thanks to his valuable and constant performances.
Meanwhile, the club signed setter Manuel Coscione, who will be available from round 3. The athlete has already wore the Cuneo shirt from 2000 to 2002 and from 2004 to 2007. “I am delighted to have this opportunity to play in a great club – Coscione said – It feels like I’m coming back home”.
Another player was signed in order to make up for Javier Gonzalez’s injury: Nico Freriks. Born in 1981, he recently played in the European Championships for the Netherlands alongside spiker Jeroen Rauwerdink.
