Emotional day yesterday for the supporters that came to watch the game against Modena. There was the spectacular come-back from 2-0 down to win the game but also the news that both Matteo Piano and Ludovico Dolfo were selected to defend the Italian flag at the Grand Champions Cup to take place later this months.
“This will be a brief moment but full of special and emotional moments” commented Piano, while Dolfo said he was “thrilled and moved at the same time” as he “did not expect to be called”, he described it as a “dream to be able to take part in such an important event with the Italian national team”.
