“Make us live the dream” said a banner of the fans in the cup semi-final against Molfetta. Well, a part of the dream was accomplished with the qualification in the final to be played December 30 against Atripalda. The joy of the club was represented by the president Arveno Joan, who was wearing the tee-shirt of the Final Four 1991, the only one in which the club participated in its history.
“Defeating the opponent like that (from 2-0 down to 3-2) gives you a good idea of the important achievement the team realised with yesterday’s victory – said the president – The boys proved they had everything and that they were a formidable group. And we also have some spectacular fans”. Over 200 are expected to make the trip to Assago for the final.
