Here comes another home grown talent for coach Fracascia. Youngster Simone Gabbanelli, who came up in Loreto’s youth ranks, will be the starting libero in the A2 this upcoming season. Born in 1991, he had already collected a few appearances in the last two seasons, in which he showed all his potential.
“I am excited and very happy to wear this shirt of libero in the club where I grew up – said Gabbanelli – This is a great opportunity for me to show what I can do. I have to thank the staff for the faith I’ve being given. I can’t wait to start, I will give my absolute best for the shirt and the city”.
