The negotiations have taken time but the club can now announce the signing of setter Yannick Van Harskamp. The Neherlander won just about everything there was to win in Belgium and he took part in several Champions League with Noliko Maaseik. This will be his first experience in Italy.
“I had him as opponent in the Champions League when he was in Belgium – explained coach Kovac – He’s an excellent setter, he has everything it takes to do a great job in Italy. He can help us bring the team to a higher level. He likes to play a fast-pace game and he’s good in dig. We had been after him for a long time, we are convinced we made the right choice”.
