Still without Peda and Belcecchi, Loreto gave it a good fight against the third power of this league, Atripalda, but surrendered in four sets. Tight first set but Cazzaniga took over for Atripalda when it mattered, the second was one way traffic, while Loreto won the third coming back from behind when it seemed lost. It also took a good start in the fourth but top scorer Spesca (23) and co found a series of breaks to finish it off.
