Macerata can be proud of its youth department as four of its players were recently crowned European champions with the Italian National Team Juniors: spikers Luigi Randazzo, Simmaco Tartaglione, and middle blockers Enrico Diamantini and Fabio Ricci.
“This victory is really important for the whole of youth volleyball in the country – said Mario Picchio, in charge of the youth academy in Macerata – And the presence of four of our players is a great satisfaction for us, this rewards all the hard work and devotion”.
