Loreto is on the road this Wednesday to play the cup quarter finals. Eighth at the end of the regular season, Loreto was logically drawn against what was the league leaders at the time, Segrate. But Ricci’s team, who dominated most of the first half of season, has suffered a dip in form of late and slipped to third place.
“This is definitely a tough place to go to – said coach Fracascia – Although they have lost a couple of games and will be without their setter, they have top level players and play excellent volleyball. But we’ll go there with confidence and try to reach the Final Four”.
