The first piece of the jigsaw for Padova in 2012-13 will be Mattia Rosso, who decided to stay after two years already at the club. Mattia had a starring role as Padova was promoted in the A1 in 2011 with 584 points in 38 games, while he played 22 games and scored 165 points last season.
“I am thrilled to stay here in Padova – said Rosso – I’ve always liked it here. Unfortunately, last season we could not avoid going down, but it will be exciting to start over in the A2. We’ll fight to win, to be honest it’s going to be more exciting than last season”.
