In his second season at Castellana Grotte, spiker Fosco Cicola celebrated his 300th appearance in the Seria A against Perugia. And what a game to celebrate this milestone: his entry, together with the blocks of Giosa and Cazzaniga’s experience (all came off the bench) led Castellana to a superb come-back from 2-0 down to win it 3-2 against the league leaders.
“We said it many times, one of our strengths is the fact we have a roster full of players capable of changing the game at any moments” said the MVP of the game as coach Di Pinto sent him back as spiker.
