A win has finally come for Isernia, who obtained a tie-break win and two points at the expense of Cantù. The latter were 11-9 up in the fifth set before Fiore and De Luca helped Isernia snatched it 16-14.
“It was important to get some points and that’s what we’ve done – said coach Giannini – We’ve often played well but without ever taking the win. This time, the only good thing was the victory”.
