Born in Cosenza, coach Giovanni Torchio makes his comeback in Italy following his spell in the Finnish league (Saimaa Volley) by becoming Di Pinto’s assistant at Castellana Grotte. Highlight of his career so far came in Vibo Valentia where he won the A2 league as assistant of Ljubomir Travica.
