The team of President Cicchetti has already got all its spikers for the coming season with the addition of Daniele Mengozzi. Born in 1987, he came up in Forlì’s youth ranks. He made it into the first team at 16 years old in the A2, and stayed there until 2005. After an experience at Potenza Picena in B1, he came back in Forlì (A1), with which he played 54 games between the two divisions and scored 80 points. Last year he went to Reggio Calabria to have more playing time.
“I can’t wait to start – said Mengozzi – I can’t wait to play, that’s why I went in the lower division last season, now I have the opportunity to be back in the A2 and I will give my best”.
