Celebration time for Italy’s national team, which qualified for the final phase of the World League thanks to its victory over South Korea. And celebration as well for Macerata as its young middle blocker, Stefano Patriarca (1987), made his international debut. This is the second player coming from Macerata’s youth academy to make it with Italy’s first team after Paparoni.
“This International debut represents a great personal satisfaction in my career” said Mario Picchio, in charge of the youth department at the club.
