Città di Castello signed spiker Alesandro Dordei. Born in 1989, he played last season in B1 with Olbia. Dordei came up in Civitavecchia’s youth ranks as a middle blocker but was then moved to position 4 with excellent results.
“The only thing I can say is that I am extremely happy to come to Città di Castello – said Dordei – I want to thank my coach at Olbia, Fabrizio Srno, who really helped me to develop as a spiker last season. And I obviously thank Città di Castello which is giving me the opportunity to play at the top level in the A2. This is a great challenge for me and an honour to play with Rosalba, Giombini and Noda Blanco”.
