Good serving and superb team work were the main weapons for Segrate who collected a brilliant 8th victory in a sweep in the derby against Milan 3-0 (25-22, 25-19, 25-13).
“We played better than in the recent outings in which we had won in spite of making mistakes in certain fundamentals – said coach Ricci – We made the best out of our serve. The beginning had been difficult because of Milan’s good digs. We are obviously happy, we’ll keep playing one game at a time, although it is more difficult as the leader because you need to find the necessary fighting spirit”.
