It was in 2007-08 that Francesco De Marchi wore the Padova shirt for the first time in his career. At 21-years of age he already found himself regularly in the starting six. Then, the spiker went to Latina before coming back.
“I am from Padova, so I am proud to be in the A1 with the shirt of my home town – said “Cico” – There will be a lot of competition with the other spikers this season, but I feel like I have my chances to play with regularity”.
